Catamaran Outremer 55 standard

Aimed as much at fans of comfort as purists not wanting to compromise on its seaworthy characteristics and performance, the 55' comes in 2 widths: 7.80m as standard, and 7.20 m as its Light version.

55’ STANDARD


The standard version enables the hosting of 10 to 12 people in its spacious saloon. Its impressive habitable volume allows this version to have a number of additional equipment possibilities (heating, generator…). Thanks to its larger beam, this additional weight doesn’t have a negative effect on the safety or performance.

Perfect for ocean cruising or a circumnavigation, its large cockpit is ideal for living in the tropics.

55’ LIGHT

A genuine extrapolation of the Outremer 40 at the source of the Outremer concept and yard, the 55 Light weights in at a tonne lighter than the standard version. The direct result of this is that the already excellent performance and sensations become absolutely exceptional!

In addition, for a more limited budget than the standard version, the light version offers all the benefits of a ‘large boat’. A source of comfort and conviviality at anchor, its long scooped stern contributes to a slicker passage through the water and enables some incomparable average speeds.
